Faxes are automated and specific to need. Agents are not creating specific messages, so the message is controlled as well as the contact frequency.
Doctors Information can be locked down by client so that records that go to local offices, need to use specific fax or phone numbers, be emailed, use a different frequency or quantity of contacts than the primary campaign can be controlled.
Where doctor specific information is not required, faxes are tracked and fax numbers are confirmed automatically if we get a signed order returned from a fax. They then become primary fax numbers.
If fax numbers fail more than four times with 1 or 0 successful faxes, they go to fax research specialists for updates.
Calls are directed to campaigns and grouped by who the agent is calling and the need.
Our calls are efficient and effective! The system automatically sends the record to the correct calling campaign to drive calls to doctors, patients or insurance companies. Both the communication frequency and fax materials or scripting are completely customized to your needs.
