Customer contacts company and places an order / reorder
STEP 02
Company sends customer order to HealthyBOS for document collection (plus step 10 – IV depending on preference)
STEP 03
Patient and doctor information on order is validated systematically through the HealthyBOS platform using the following databases
NPI database
HealthyBOS internal doctor fax database
PECOS Database
STEP 04
Doctor’s office is called by our team of medical professionals to let them know the prescription is coming
STEP 05
Prescription is Faxed or submitted via E-document using a prescription template designed by HealthyBOS, based on compliance factors and response rate optimization and approved by the Company
STEP 06
Wait for a response from the doctor. All inbound calls from doctor’s offices about the prescription can be taken by HealthyBOS
Positive response from doctor’s office—signed prescription
- Review prescription for completeness
- Order sent to Company to ship and bill
Negative response from doctor’s office (phone or fax)
- An order goes into follow up queue according to response
- Bad doctor information—research doctors online and through patient call
- Prescription denied—call patient to set an appointment with the doctor for evaluation
No response from doctor’s office
- Faxing and calling algorithm cycle
Positive response from doctor’s office—signed prescription
- Review prescription for completeness
- Order sent to Company to ship and bill

Quality check signed prescriptions against product compliance requirements
STEP 08
Follow up with doctor on required medical notes and testing documents

Scan, transmit or data enter orders into client systemsÂ
STEP 10
Verify insurance by calling or utilizing online verification systems (or step 2 based on preference)
STEP 11
Conduct pre-authorizations using online insurance systems or faxing to insurance companies
STEP 12
All patient, physician, reorder and customer service calls can be handled by HealthyBOS
